Gravediggaz Archive Bundle
A unique collection of behind-the-scenes material from Gravediggaz, the pioneering horrorcore supergroup formed in 1991 by Prince Paul, Frukwan, Poetic and RZA.Ā
Conceived in the aftermath of Paul's departure from Dew Doo Man Records, Gravediggaz fused hardcore hip-hop with horror imagery and dark comedy and is widely credited with originating horrorcore as a genre in its own right with their 1994 debut, 6 Feet Deep. This lot contains the original video treatment for the albums second single, "Nowhere to Run, Nowhere to Hide,". Built around Prince Paul's production, the single went on to become one of the defining visual statements of the Gravediggaz' early horrorcore aesthetic.
Also included is an original 1998 sketch by Poetic created during his time as the "Grym Reaper.", who sadly passed in July 2001, just weeks before the release of the group's third album, Nightmare in A-Minor,Ā
