A rare two-disc acetate set for Nightmares on Wax’s influential 1991 Warp release A Case of Funk, featuring the left-field standout “21st Kong.”

These acetates contain the original pre-release versions of the EP, pressed before final mastering - offering a raw, unfiltered window into NOW’s creative process during one of their most experimental phases.

Recorded at a turning point in their sound, A Case of Funk marks a deliberate move away from the group’s early techno roots into something deeper, stranger, and distinctly Warp.
