A rare collection centred on My Favourite Dress, one of The Wedding Present’s most celebrated early recordings. The bundle includes original 7” and 12” Town House mastering acetates with handwritten annotations, created during the evaluation and production stages prior to commercial release.

These materials offer a direct connection to the manufacturing process behind a key release from the group’s formative years.

A percentage of Chris Allison's proceeds from this collection will be donated to Restore The Music charity (restorethemusicuk.com), a social impact charity that addresses systemic inequality in music education by providing capital grants to state schools in areas of high socio-economic deprivation.
